Distilled between 17 and 24 September 2018, matured in 190 litre ex Woodford Reserve Rye American oak casks and finished in a combination of ex Pedro Ximnez and Oloroso sherry quarter casks before being bottled between 12 October 2022 and 11 November 2022. 8,556 bottles were produced. Non chillfiltered, naturally coloured and bottled at 52%. #RAASAY #ISLANDS
