Hinch Small Batch Bourbon Cask Deutz liquorice and late pepperDESCRIPTION A small batch Irish blend from the relatively new Hinch distillery, situated near the town of Ballynahinch in Northern Ireland. Produced from a blend of 20% single malt and 80% single grain and matured for 3 to 4 years in first fill ex bourbon casks. Bottled at 43%. (Bottle size 750ml) OFFICIAL TASTING NOTES Nose: Aromas are sweet wood and toffee. Palate: Dry fruit combines with citrus. Finish: A lingering caramel undertone. #IRISHWHISKEY
