Holden Manz Big G 2021 13yo Crafted from a combination ofMade from 80% Cabernet Sauvignon, 15% Cabernet Franc, and 5% Merlot, this 2021 vintage was born of a moderately warm but windy growing season, which resulted in smaller berries with excellent flavour concentration. Grapes were hand harvested from selected vineyard blocks between 24 March and 4 April, sorted for quality, and co fermented using wild yeasts in open top fermenters.
