The 13 manzana farm was originally purchased by his grandfather, and then passed down to his father, and then finally in 2006 passed down to Oscar. Surprisingly, to Oscar, success came pretty quickly winning the Cup of Excellence (COE) competition in 2011, just five years after taking over the farm.
