Daftmill 2011 Winter Release 1988 and a Karoo agave spiritDESCRIPTION The next release from one of the newer and harder to find Scottish distilleries, Daftmill, is here with one of their two annual expressions. Produced from publican barley grown on the family farm, distilled in 2011, matured in 27 first fill ex bourbon barrels in their on site dunnage warehouse for at least 12 years, and bottled in 2024. 7,500 bottles were produced, of which there are only 60 in SA.
