Excellent, all the more so as the aging in oak highlights its virtues. When it is young, its aromas and flavors are reminiscent of dried fruits, black pepper, and black currant, with age, coconut, tobacco, vanilla, and coffee that is obtained by spending 12 months in new French oak barrels.
