With cold temperatures and overcast skies I went looking for an image leading me up Lookout Mountain from Golden

which allows the reminder of the Rocky Mountain News to show on the white building across the park

This is a 30 second image with the moon light allowing the detail of the mountains to show in the image

Fall is definitely in the air in Denver and the color is also visible along Speer Blvd

Using a shallower depth of field so the bear is slightly out of focus my thought was to peer through the foliage nearby to give another perspective of the bear

Clear Creek Canyon at Night Size:11"x14" With cold temperatures and overcastI headed up Clear Creek Canyon with a friend who is familiar with the area from his many trips here fishing. As we stopped at a parking area in the dark we climbed up higher to get a perspective over the road. Highway 6 can be busy with traffic heading to the casinos and other mountain locations west of Golden. However at times you can also find a lone car as in this image.
