The soft tannins and soft red fruits are dominated by clever work during the ageing process

It has a perfumed bouquet of bilberry and mulberry fruit

This is very definitely and ‘buy and forget it somewhere deep in the cellar’ wine

Domaine William Fevre, Chablis Preuses Vintage:2013 Remarkably for a wine that(from two parcels of vines that total 2. 55 ha, or 22% of the entire appellation). A discreet application of wood sets off a cool and ultra elegant nose that offers up scents of pear, pineapple, white flowers, sea water and oyster shell. There is excellent volume to the medium bodied and admirably concentrated flavors yet this is not really a powerful wine so much as it is focused and harmonious; indeed the word Zen describes the gorgeously well
