Ruinart Brut Champagne ON OFFER Nose: A mellowR de Ruinart Brut NV is a blend composed of 40% Chardonnay, 49% Pinot Noir and 11% Pinot Meunier grapes sourced mainly from Ctes des Blancs and Valle de la Marne vineyards. To create depth and complexity, 20 25% is reserve wines from 2 previous vintages. Grapes are hand picked to ensure the best bunches are harvested and used. Primary fermentation occurs in stainless steel tanks and secondary fermentation in their iconic bottles. Bottles are left to
