As I approached the Museum of Liverpool with overcast skies I was immediately taken in with the exterior of the building and how well it worked along the River Mersey

With the new buildings under construction near Union Station and those planned additional structures may fill this scene in the near future however for now it is a welcoming scene as you head into Denver from the west

Climbing the 268 steps to get to the statue as it looks out above you is an amazing experience. It was an overcast day but this allowed for the low clouds to set the scene as I looked towards Po Lin Monastery.
