40% Mourvèdre and 10% Syrah that spent 16 months in equal parts concrete tanks and smaller barrels

the 2018 Cote Rotie la Cote Blonde features elegant hints of mixed herbs entwined around bold boysenberry fruit

it promises to improve with 2-3 years of bottle age

Giuseppe Mascarello, Barolo Villero Vintage:2015 There are differences in textureModerately saturated medium red. Perfumed aromas of cherry, strawberry, coffee, mocha and flowers. Rich, suave and concentrated; nicely horizontal on the palate, but with its flesh cut byt slightly spiky acidity. The broad finish features dusty tannins and lovely floral persistence. Seems a tad rustic today and in need of patience. Stephen Tanzer
