This is their fifth vintage, produced from a small parcel of Chenin Blanc grapes sourced from within the cool climate district of Elgin. Chenin Blanc is something of a rarity in Elgin. Wild ferment and barrel aged for 10 months in 2nd , 3rd and 4th fill barriques. The wine underwent partial malolactic fermentation in barrel.
