The NV Bulle de Ros is a pretty wine, even if it is a bit less exciting than the other Champagnes in this range. Pale coloured, light and gracious, the Bulle de Ros is an enjoyable drink. Even so, I think Fred Savart could do more to elevate this wine to a level where it is closer to his other Champagnes.
