These gardens are in fact just a few hundred metres up the road from my studio and it was here that I fell in love with the beauty and at the time rarity of the tree peony

On closer inspection you will note  two different shades of creamy off whites woven onto a white warp which gives texture to the tie

In terms of tie designs it was in the very first series that I designed

The strong overall design has the look of a wood block print married with rich textured silk embossing. This design also comes in Blue &White, Salmon & White, Red & Gold and Blue, Gold & Silver. 100% silk woven on a 2400 hook jacquard loom. We hope you love the tie
