While all of their single malts are interesting, unique, and tasty, their 100% Islay bottlings truly embody the fulfillment of their farm distilling mission. This whisky is distilled from a combination of Concerto and Publican barley grown on Kilchoman's Islay farm and harvested in 2014 and 2015. The barley was malted on Kilchoman's own malting floor, smoked with peat from nearby Loch Gorm, and
