It is mostly gold with the top surface coated in a glossy black lacquer. On the front side has carved chrysanthemums also painted gold. There are two types of offering tables Maejoku and Uwajoku. Maejoku is placed in front of the Shumidan. It is used for 3 Gusoku (candle stand, flower vase, and incense burner).
