Matured in a combination of seven different types of oak woods: first American white oak ex bourbon followed by six other French oaks: Vosges, Bertranges, Jupilles, Allier, Tronais and Limousin barrels. Bottled at 43%. Nose: An aromatic fusion of coffee, ginger spice and a hint of milk chocolate. Palate: Caramelised peach, chewy liquorice and candied orange with
