Poppin’ Strawberries BROOKIE The OGs The Pumpkinator -Strawberry poptarts anyone? This Brookie is calling your name. First we start with a vanilla cookie base with hints of strawberry. It is loaded with strawberry Poptarts and white chocolate chips. Next is a layer of strawberry jam! The final layer is a strawberry blondie with chunks of strawberries and white chocolate chips mixed throughout. To top it all off, we added more white chocolate chips and poptart chunks. This weighs around 1 pound!
