NV | Ono Junmai Daiginjo Sake | Japan Roger Neveu & Fils De-stalked and aged in 20%Clean and quite bright, with light to medium body, it has mellow citrus flavors with white melon and tart green fruits. It widens slightly on the mid palate and expands with a very nice hint of creaminess. Simply put, it's pretty much perfect with a huge array of foods or just as enjoyable by itself or even in a cocktail.
