Triple distilled from a mash of 100% Irish malted barley and matured in a combination of first fill ex bourbon barrels and European oak Oloroso sherry casks. Bottled at 40%. (Bottle size 750ml) TASTING NOTES Nose: Ripe peach, dried apricot, tropical fruit, vanilla and orange blossom. Palate: Honeyed malt, vanilla, marzipan,
