Graham Beck Ultra Brut CC 2017 2000 Hand-harvested during the cool earlyPreviously known as Brut Zero, this ultra dry Cap Classique was crafted without the use of additional sugar in the dosage. Produced from 67% Chardonnay and 33% Pinot Noir, grapes were hand selected and hand harvested from vineyard blocks growing on limestone rich soils.
