It has a blue green glaze (like celadon) with an unglazed inside and bottom. The handle is made of bent bamboo and secured through loops with thin woven and string (repair). It has a large spout for smooth pouring. This is an excellent ceramic option for hanging in a traditional irori hearth. There is a stamp on the side that alludes to this piece potentially
