When I arrived the clouds were covering the city

August brings attention to the sunflower fields on the plains of Colorado as they start to peak

In this image the dips and changes in how the canopy covers the courtyard bringing interest to how the lines and patterns sit in the frame

Climbing the Building Size:18"x24" When I arrived the cloudsI was walking through Downtown Denver recently photographing and looking for new perspectives. As I made my way past a residential building I just happened to look up and noticed how this building climbed to the sky. The reflections of the glass gave the window frames a ladder in this photograph. I thought of showing the sky, but by letting the building be at the top of the frame it lets the viewer wonder how tall this building climbs into the sky
