Kreatuur Rooi Sydrachautan 2023 FruitySpicy grain and pot still whiskeysDESCRIPTION Made from a Rhne style blend of 50% Syrah, 30% Grenache noir, 12% Cinsault and 8% Carignan, from vineyards in the Western Cape on predominantly granite & sandstone derived soils. Grapes were hand harvested, naturally fermented, gently pressed 24 times daily by hand, then matured for about 14 months in old French oak barrels of various sizes (225 L, 300 L, 500 L) and larger French oak foudres and concrete eggs in some parcels.
