Mai Po No. 4 (2025) Taproom we're incredibly proud to presentMai Po No. 4 (Vintage 2025) is our Imperial Stout that has been barrel aged in Cherry Liquer Finished Bourbon, Heaven Hill Bourbon, and French Ok Cognac Barrels and decadently conditioned with cacao nibs and cherries. When stored at a constant temperature of 4 to 8 degrees Celsius, Mai Po may be enjoyed for years to come and collected for vertical tastings with other Mai Po vintages and variants.
