The brass bar which contains the cable has been positioned on the base behind & angles over their heads so that the shade can sit in the centre

I actually bought it separately but it perfectly matches the separate listing for the ice bucket… Very unusual design

NB this shaker doesn’t have an integral drainer so you need to use a manual one like the one shown in the 2nd to last photo
