Mai Po No. 5 (2025) 21022024 Crushed from a single pickMai Po No. 5 (Vintage 2025) is our Imperial Stout that has been barrel aged in Driftless Glen Brandy Bourbon and French Oak Cognac Barrels. It has rich roasted coffee and chocolate flavours with notes of apricots, raisins, caramel, and vanilla. When stored at a constant temperature of 4 to 8 degrees Celsius, Mai Po may be enjoyed for years to come and collected for vertical tastings with other Mai Po vintages and variants.
