The box is made mostly of wood with a textures fabric on the outside. It is decorated with simple metal corner embellishments, a handle at the top, latches, and a lock on the front side. Inside contains the original numbered, paper dividers 1 50 (some missing) and in the lid is a "selections" sheet used for labeling each record stored.
