Distilled in 2014, matured in American oak ex bourbon barrels before being finished in Fino sherry hogsheads sourced from Jerez. Non chillfiltered, naturally coloured and bottled at 48%. TASTING NOTES Nose: Green apple, pear drops and heather honey, with roasted almonds, vanilla custard and gentle nutmeg spice.
