However when it did rise this is not what we were expecting

In this image I took advantage of this and brought the Colorado State Capitol into the frame

Even though it was a sunny day it has been cold enough lately that the lake near the glacier is starting to freeze allowing you to walk onto the ice

The latter is what happened last week while walking through Civic Center Park in the middle of Denver

On a rainy day I explored along the waterfront in Reykjavik spending some time photographing the Sun Voyager sculpture

Waiting for the Season Building However when it did riseOn this day in November 2010, a little snow fell and as I drove past the park I noticed the snow sticking to the track of the Cyclone. Stopping and walking along the outside of the park, I photographed some parts of the coaster which were above the fence of the park. It won't be long before this coaster is open for the summer and more enjoyment for the people who visit.
