Main Conclusions and Research Prospect In this study, Hams F10 culture medium supplemented with 8mg/ml L-carnitine and 0.375 mg/ml fructose can achieve a better culture effect at 36.5 within 24h, which could inhibit the increase of sperm malformation rate and sperm DNA fragmentation index, and effectively improve sperm motility and survival rate
