Both varieties went through the mevushal process prior to fermentation in stainless steel tanks. French oak was used for 7 months in the Cabernet Sauvignon and a combination of French and American oak for 7 months in the Merlot. The blend is 62% Merlot and 38% Cabernet sauvignon
