It's medium sweet and feather light on the palate, undulating with flavors of plump white peach and grapefruit. Pristine minerality and zesty lime acidity lend freshness to the finish. This Riesling is a classic Sptlese (late harvest) without botrytis, very clear and fruity. Sweetness and acidity are perfectly balanced, so that the wine is centred
