The rich pear, apple and citrus notes from a well balanced frame, which is further enhanced by a hint of minerality and a crisp finish. Delicious served as an aperitif or with seafood, poultry or smoked ham. Waxy floral aromas are pretty, but suggest a slightly plastic note on this light footed Riesling.
