Alta Vista Malbec Single Vineyard Alizarine 2012 sku_2162463 Patrick MatermanA superb classic Malbec. Inky purple. A very pleasant perfume nose with a hint of dark chocolate. Palate is strong, full bodied and silky smooth. Blackberry, chocolate and some graphite minerality on a very good finish. Incredibly enjoyable with a tenderloin steak. Deep purple, very dark. You can see this is a heavy one. Nice spicy aroma, with lots of berries and pepper. On palate its chewy, good acidity, good tannins. Its my favorite wine for a good
