North British are known for using corn as the predominant grain in their mash bill as oppose to the cheaper option, wheat. This gives a wonderful confectionary flavour to their liquid as can be seen in this independent bottling. Nose: Salted caramel fudge, apricots and pear drops. Palate: Butterscotch, vanilla bean paste, cinnamon and sicky toffee pudding.
