Ca'Maiol Molin Lugana Superiore 2022 Bottle:1 the Torrontes grapes are crushedMade from 100% Turbiana (Trebbiano di Lugana) grapes grown on Lake Garda's glacial clay limestone soils, fruit is hand picked and immediately chilled. The must undergoes static settling before fermentation in stainless steel at 13 C. Post fermentation, the wine ages six months on fine lees with gentle btonnage, then is bottled without added sulfites for a pure expression of the terroir.
