Matusalem Insolito Wine Cask Finish Rum Champagne adding freshness and depthIt is a pioneering rum that is inspired by ros wines from the Provence region in France. After blending, it was filtered through charcoal and then matured for three years using the solera system in ex wine Tempranillo barrels. This rum is best enjoyed in a glass with grapes, blueberries, currants and blackberries. We recommend serving neat without water or ice at room temperature. Only 8,000 total bottles were produced.
