We have combined Joy's blue and white cats with some dark blue beads and bee charms to form these whimsical drop earrings

The mask hangs from a necklace of chunky beads in different colours and shapes

I have crafted a length of vintage black and white ribbon into a choker with a black beaded edge and added two red eye brooches which can be worn as part of the piece or separately on the lapels of a jacket

They are are edged and connected with silver the gold seed beads

as soft and gentle as a sigh

Black Vintage Beadwork Handmade Choker Handbeaded We have combined Joy's blueI was kindly given a pile of very old beadwork. It was beautiful but all very brown and black and I felt it needed a shot of colour and a new look. I started laying out the central motif and then went from there cutting and arranging sections to the background which is a fabulous yellow ochre felt.
