This is one of the earlier examples of shock proofing by Smiths and is fitted with the two end stone plates on the escape wheel as well as a Breguet over-coil hairspring

in the centre and at 3 o'clock

The movement has been fully serviced and is in excellent condition

every RL signed plate has been on a very well constructed movement

The Smiths Deluxe grade 17 jewel 27cs movement is in excellent condition as is the rest of the watch. Fitted with an 18mm zrc croc pattern strap.
