I'm quite sure that this is the linkage assembly for Early (1960's) 110hp & 120hp MerCruiser setups that had the carburetor oriented in a way that the control arms were perpendicular to the engine (If you were looking at the front of the engine

and please let me know if there is something I missed or if you want to see something closer
