The face of this gorgeous ring was originally an antique brooch (circa 1880 1900) transformed with the addition of a vintage 14k gold band. The puffy yellow gold hearts are accented with a rose cut diamond and natural ruby. The bow above the heart is silver topped 14k gold accented with five rose cut diamonds. The band is engraved "H. C. to E. P" and it is also
