The grapes are harvested in multiple passes, then fermented separately by parcel in stainless steel followed by 12 18 months of aging in first and second passage French barriques. The final wine stands as a delicious testament to the meticulous handling from grape to bottle. Tasting Notes Deep ruby red in color with purple reflections,
