Oligocène comes from the Bourgogne Blanc section but the whole vineyard is made up of the same soil structure so that the Oligocène is basically a Meursault villages without bearing the appellation

Fermentation in open wooden vats followed by a maturing on fine lees (25% new oak barrels 75% barrels aged 1 and up to 5 years) for 12 months. Color: Bright red. Nose: Subtle aromas of red fruit. Palate: Flavors of ripe cherry, crunchy tannins, long finish.
