The 2005 Paleo Rosso needed time in bottle to allow the Cabernet Franc signatures to emerge

Vertical and imposing in its sense of structure

I gave it a couple of extra days open to be sure just how lovely it was

linear and palate staining finish

They also carry out very detailed work

I doubt it. The wine was absolutely beautiful, even a touch reserved, but the trademark Bouchard elegance was on full display. Bouchard's Champagnes remain some of my very favorite wines on the planet. This bottle was stunning. Antonio Galloni
