On the palate it is fresh and juicy, with a bit of tannin and mineral notes. 67% Blauburgunder and 33% Grauburgunder from 14 36 year old vines. Rot vom Grn Rheinhessen is semi carbonic chillable red with green, made from co fermented Sptburgunder (Pinot Noir) and Grauburgunder (Pinot Gris). No filtration. No added SO2.
