The Cuve Especial incorporates hand harvest Albarino from Do Galpon & Alto Pazo. The nose brings together citrus peel, green apple, white peach and subtle vanilla notes. These notes follow on to the palate with a creamy texture and wonderful honeysuckle note on the finish. A great example of this characterful grape variety.
