Corral de los Altos is Zorzal's village level red a Tempranillo and Garnacha blend drawn from high altitude parcels in Navarra, where the stony clay and limestone soils and cool nights keep everything fresh. The vines are organically farmed, hand harvested, fermented with wild yeasts, lightly extracted, and aged nine months in old oak. The result is a balanced, food friendly red that punches well above its
