Sangiovese leads, joined by Malvasia Nera and occasionally Ciliegiolo or Alicante depending on what each harvest gives. Farming is biodynamic, fermentation is wild, and there is no filtration. The wine is fresh, juicy, and unpolished in the best way, with bright red fruit,
