this wine from the South-West will emerge during the warm little moments of everyday life

this charming red is light bodied with soft tannins and refreshing acidity and a wonderful peppery note on the palate

it's an impressive wine that could age a year or two in bottle

as used in Mexican or even certain types of Thai food
